How We Collect Your Email Address

We collect your email address only when you give it to us. That happens when you send us a message through our contact or volunteer forms, or when you sign up for our email newsletter or updates if we offer them.

How We Use Your Email Address

Messages you send us: we use your email address to respond to your message. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Newsletter and updates: if you subscribe, you consent to receive newsletters, event announcements, and other news about the Center's activities and services.
We do not send email on your behalf, and we do not use your email address to contact anyone other than you.

Unsubscribing and Revoking Consent

If we offer an email newsletter, every newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also revoke your consent at any time, or ask us to delete your email address, by contacting us directly. We will honor your request promptly. Unsubscribing does not affect our replies to messages you send us.

Data Handling and Third-Party Service Providers

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with others for their marketing. To run our operations, we engage third-party service providers (e.g., web hosting services, email delivery or newsletter services, and third-party programmers or web developers). While these third parties may have access to your information as necessary to perform their services, they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We take reasonable measures to ensure these third parties adhere to our privacy standards.

Changes to This Consent

The Center reserves the right to modify this Email Communication Consent at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated consent on the website.
